Her extensive practice also includes M&As, takeovers, reverse takeovers, venture capital, corporate and debt restructuring, corporate finance, and real estate investment trust transactions. In the Debt Capital Markets sector, she has played a key role in advising on the establishment of conventional and Islamic commercial papers, medium-term notes, and Sukuk programmes.

Alicia graduated from the University of the West of England, Bristol, United Kingdom in 2005 with an honours degree in law (LL.B (Hons)). She was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a member of Lincoln’s Inn in 2005 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2007.
Alicia read in the chambers of our firm and was subsequently retained by us in 2007. In December 2013, Alicia was made Partner and she is currently advising on matters pertaining to corporate and commercial and real estate matters.
